Tips: Before the products are shipped, our warehouse will strictly check the quality of the products and check the order information and size.Please confirm the product information and delivery address when you place the order.Please kindly reference the size chart(s) on the product page.
Returnable items conditions
1.Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, and all the items in the package must be intact.
2.Items color/size is incorrect.
3.Damaged items: please email us a picture showing the problem/defect
4.Cannot be returned or exchanged items:swimsuits, underwear, bags and accessories
*Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
1. If you would like to return the item please contact [email protected] within 14 days upon receiving the items.
2. Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored. If you want to return the items, please contact us.
3. Any addresses on the parcel are not the return address, please must contact customer service team to provide you a correct return address.
Please note that the buyer pay for the return shipping fee. We don't accept parcels with freight collect.
1.Please allow 3 to 7 business days to process your returns. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email.
2.We will process the refund within 7 working days.The refund will be returned to the original payment method.
3.Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company.If you’ve done all of these and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
4.Tiboyz cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any cost not paid to Tiboyz. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process.
All exchange requests will be processed as refunds. Exchange is not available at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order.
Tiboyz products are shipped from different warehouses and in some cases we may have to split your order so that you can receive some of your items faster.
Please do check your order and package contents carefully before signing for the package.
We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should submit a help ticket from Contact Us once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped
